It was nice to meet you on 5 September. Thank you for arranging the tours, especially the last minute transfer from the Juliaca airport to Puno on 4 September. On 6 September, Franz gave us a private tour of Sillustani. We had several private guides in Peru, and Franz was by far the best one. His descriptions of Sillustani were interesting, especially his descriptions of shamans and medical practices of the Incas. The part that made Franz the best was his interactions with my little bear. Franz was so funny I could not stop laughing. He was so much fun! I had such a good time with him, and he is among my happiest memories of Peru. Please say hello to him from Itchy Osito and Presto Monito.

My wife and I just wanted to thank your company for a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed visiting the Uros islands and staying on Tequile Island.  Our host family was great and we learned so much and loved having the opportunity to stay there.

Our tour guide (Ceazar) was very good.  He did a good job of explaining the life and history of the island and was very helpful. 
The only small criticism I have is that there was some confusion on when and where we would meet the boat.  We would have felt better if we would have known where and when we were meeting the boat.  Also a member of our family was supposed to meet us in the town square to take us back to our house but he did not show up.  Luckily there were two nice kids that knew where our house is and walked us to it. These are very small issues and did not effect our overall trip but thought I would mention as it may help your future customers. 

We had a great time with our host family and really appreciated their friendliness and great cooking.  I wrote down the mother’s name and I lost it.  The son’s name are Delfin and Sylvano and the daughter’s name is Natalia.  My wife and I would like to send them a thank you gift for their hospitality but I don’t know how to get it to them.  Can I send it to your office and you can get it to them or do you have an address for them where I can send a package?

Thanks again for a great experience and I will definitely tell my friends to use Always travel if they visit Peru.

I just wanted to write a quick note to say thank you for the wonderful experience that you provided on Amantani.  It was very special for me to experience the warmth and hospitality that Ignacio and his family offered.  And, the cultural exchange is a an experience that I will never forget.  I only wish that we could have done more to help the library and school.
 
We promised to send copies of the family pictures that I took back to the family.  Is it best to send them to you at All Ways or should I send them directly to Amantani?  Please let me know, since I would like to get the pictures back to them as soon as possible.
