Thank you so much for making our trip to Puno and Lago Titicaca so special!   Everything went smoothly and just as promised and more!  Our tickets were at the Hotel Ruinas as promised for our overnight bus to Puno, we were met by a very pleasantr driver very early in the morning when we arrived and we were taken to Victor’s home where we could sit comfortably, chat, and have tea!!!  Victor took us to a restaurant where we had breakfast and back in time to get the transportation to the boat!  It was all hassle-free and very enjoyable.   We took the classic tour to Uros and Taquile. The music as we got on the boat was great to help set the tone of the fun trip.  The guide was excellent- he had a genuine rapport with the people of Uros and Taquile and he and everyone else made us feel very  welcome.  The lunch was delicious, the scenery spectacular, and the boat trip itself was comfortable and enjoyable. After the trip, we were taken to our hotel in Puno.  We really appreciate our special memories.  Thank you, All Ways Travel!

I booked two tours with you in August – as I am a freelance author I will be drawing from my Peru experiences for my next book –That’s too good and too rich not to be used J!I was wondering if I could ask you to help with some questions regarding Puno, Lake Titicaca and the islands? There were some things I didn’t write down like –Is there a doctor in Amantaní?  And before I forget, please let me tell you that both guides I had, Heber for the Amantaní and Taquile tour and Victor for Sillustani, were absolutely great! The whole Amantani group was very taken with Heber, he was very professional, very friendly, very forthcoming. And I had a great day with Victor at Sillustani and Lago Umayo.Kind regards,

I just wanted to write a quick note to say thank you for the wonderful experience that you provided on Amantani.  It was very special for me to experience the warmth and hospitality that Ignacio and his family offered.  And, the cultural exchange is a an experience that I will never forget.  I only wish that we could have done more to help the library and school.
 
We promised to send copies of the family pictures that I took back to the family.  Is it best to send them to you at All Ways or should I send them directly to Amantani?  Please let me know, since I would like to get the pictures back to them as soon as possible.

Hace casi 2 semanas que regresamos a Santiago de nuestro viaje a Perú con muy buenos recuerdos de todo lo que vimos y vivimos durante nuestra estadía. Realmente nos encantó el país, sus paisajes, su historia y su gente que nos pareció especialmente amable.
Quería agradecerte a ti y a los que trabajan en tu agencia por el buen recibimiento que nos dieron en Puno. Todo salió perfecto, el hotel Camino Real era muy cómodo y nos trataron excelente, y la excursión al Lago Titicaca fue un verdadero sueño. El guía Alexander (muy simpático) nos hizo conocer bien el lugar y las culturas que viven allí, y creo que fue una de las excursiones más enriquecedoras que pudimos hacer.

My friends and I have been home from Peru for a week and have settled back

into our daily routines.  I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your

amazing country.  Everyone we met were the kindest, generous and most humble

people.  Spending time in Peru has changed me forever.  I also want to thank

you Willy and your staff for the excellent service they gave us.  David who

picked us up from the Juliaca airport was so wonderful.  He even stayed with

us in the afternoon and walked us around Puno. 

The day trip to the Uros Islands and Taquile Island with Miguel was so

enjoyable.  His passion for his people and country shine during his

explanations.  Again, thankyou Willy, David, Miguel and all your staff.  You are amazing!!!
